General terms of motomali.com On-line Shop are in accordance with Law on Electronic Commerce and Electronic Signature (ZEPEP), Consumer Safety Act (ZVPot) and international codes for e-commerce.
On-line shop is an informational system, intended to present offers and sales of promotional products to users. Customer is a person, who orders on-line, pays and takes-over the product. The order is accepted via company’s on-line form, which is sent from the on-line shop. Customer confirms the order by paying the pro forma invoice or by confirming the e-mail, where additional wishes and changes of the order can be reported. In case ordered product is out of stock, the company has the right of withdrawal from execution of the order, with prior notice to the customer.
Generally, ordered products are dispatched within three (3) working days from accepting the order. The period begins on a day the order is confirmed by the customer in case of cash payment at delivery or payment of the pro forma invoice/offer.
Delivery and postage:
For delivery of ordered products company uses different post services. Postage and packaging charges at order value are paid by the customer.
Product prices and postage are in euros (EUR), include VAT. Prices are valid at the date of the order confirmation. Other benefits in case of promotional offers are only valid for the time, which is listed with the promotion offers. The company has the right to change prices and the right to errors in the published prices. Upon payment or delivery of the product the customer receives the original invoice.
The company provides the following methods of payment:
- cash on delivery (price include VAT)
- by bank transfer to the company´s account after receiving the offer / Invoice (price include VAT)
- PayPal (price include VAT)
Information on concluded contracts and performed orders are stored in the system of motomali.com On-line Shop and in the archives of the company and are forwarded to users at their request.
Returns and reclamations:
Customer has the right to change or return the received products. Customer passes reclamation claim, listing the error and purchase date in writing to the address: Moto Mali d.o.o., Hraše 22e, 4248 Lesce, Slovenia, Europe or sends an e-mail to the e-mail address email@example.com
The response is given to the customer in time period of 8 days from the day of receiving the reclamation claim. After approval of the reclamation claim customer sends the product by post to address: Moto Mali d.o.o., Hraše 22e, 4248 Lesce, Slovenia, Europe. Products must be returned undamaged, in original packaging and with no changes in their shape or amount. The copy of the invoice must be annexed. If these conditions are met, the purchase price will be returned to the customer, less the cost of postage in (8) working days from the day of receiving the product.
Personal data protection:
The company is committed to permanent protection of all personal data of the customer.
By ordering and purchasing the customer allows the company to sets up, manages, maintains and manages the customer´s personal data. The company guarantees the protection of personal data by Law on Personal Data Protection (Off. Gazette no. 59/99, 57/01) and is committed not to forward customer´s personal data to third parties in any case.
Validity of the general terms and conditions:
These terms and conditions shall apply from the date of its adoption that is 01.02.2017, indefinitely. All herein mentioned conditions and rules are binding on the customer and the company.
Any disputes between parties shall be settled amicably. In the event that no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent court in Radovljica.
